Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
UK Shipping

After processing, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or another trusted courier.

We are not responsible for delivery delays once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost once the package is returned to us.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Novaile is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to courier errors.
